Activities

KCS is a non-profit organization founded in 1984 to promote the socio-cultural life of South Indian (Kerala) community in the Washington DC Metro Region, USA. Over the years, it has grown to one of the premier associations in the area.

Alongside this growth, KCS was actively engaging in charitable work in India besides America. The charitable endeavors include, but not limited to Health Care Support, Educational Assistance, Emergency Management Service, Assistance to Orphanage and Homeless. The efforts include Organization Blood donation camps, CPR training to bring the awareness to all households, reaching out to under privilege students in Kerala India with educational assistance etc.

We are also involved in conducting cultural programs to provide a platform to showcasing the talents from local community, supporting the less fortunate, helping and volunteering in DC soup kitchen, conducting community services including blood donation camps, CPR training, and teaching Indian languages and promoting Indian cultural heritage to our community.
