Poetry Recitation Rules

Time Limit: 5 minutes.

Instructions: Participants must start their recitation by saying the title of the poem and the poet’s name (time begins when the participant starts talking). Any additional comment is not allowed. Participants may recite poetry written by a poet of their choice.

Judging Criteria: Voice and Articulation – Clarity, Audibility, Ability to convey emotions through voice modulation(30), Appropriateness of Dramatization (30), Evidence of Understanding (15), Physical Presence (10) Overall Performance (15)

The decision of the judges will be final.Please note that the registration number should be displayed physically or pinned on the participant. Please do not add the registration number graphically . Edited videos will be rejected.
