Fancy Dress Rules

Instructions:

• Participants can choose any theme of their choice
• Please submit your entry in video format only; photo submissions will not be accepted.
• Video length: max 1 minute including narration. Narration is not mandatory.
• Any obscene, indecent, inappropriate, profane and offensive entries are void and will not be accepted.
• Failure of compliance with any rules and conditions will result in disqualification.

Judgment Criteria: Your video will be judged based on creativity, costume, and presentation.

• Creativity (35)
• Costume (35)
• Presentation (30)

The decision of the judges will be final.Please note that the registration number should be displayed physically or pinned on the participant. Please do not add the registration number graphically . Edited videos will be rejected.
