Each participant should achieve an average of 10,000 steps per day over the course of 14 days. This means the total steps over the 14 days should be at least 140,000 steps
Participants must walk for at least 12 out of 14 days. On each of these 12 days, participants must share their step count.
Aim to meet the daily step goal every day. Consistency is key to building a healthy habit.
Use a pedometer, fitness tracker, or smartphone app to accurately track your steps.
Upload your daily step count screenshots (file name containing date) to the Google Drive folder named after you on or before 11:59 pm everyday.
Choose safe walking routes. Wear appropriate footwear and stay hydrated.
Listen to your body. Take breaks if needed and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any pain or discomfort.
Encourage fellow participants by sharing your progress and motivating each other.
Maintain integrity by recording your actual steps without any false entries.

Completion and Prizes
Completion: All the participants that complete the challenge shall be declared as winners.
Couple challenge (Date To Be Announced)
This challenge is for married couples.
Both participants in a couple need to register separately for the challenge
One participant among the couple must complete 15 Push-ups, and the other needs to complete 1 minute Plank every day for 15 days.
All couples completing the tasks on all 15 days will be declared winners!

Each participant must take a video of the challenge and share it with an assigned judge.
The task video will be validated and marked on an event score sheet.
The details about sharing the video will be announced right before the start of the event.
Push Ups
The participant must complete 15 Push- Ups
One break/pause is allowed during 15 Push- Ups
The video must be taken from a side angle.
There is no time limit to complete the 15 Push-Ups
The participant must maintain a perfect form: elbows locked at the top, chest 2 inches above the floor at the bottom, hips not sagging, and knees not touching the floor.
