STEAM Rules and Guidelines

Art Exhibition Rules

  • Each artist will exhibit their original artwork (painting, print/drawing, mixed media, craft/wall hangings, photography, digital art and/or sculpture).
  • Registration $5 per person/display with one per table for member and $8 for non members.
  • Painting, pencil sketch, Hand crafts or any kind of ART Shall be Displayed
  • Easels are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if required
  • Each Team will set up and exhibit their science and Math project. They can demo and talk about it to the Judges and viewers.
  • A student can participate as individual participant or with a team. A team can have maximum 4 members
  • Elementary, Middle and High school students can participate.
  • The highest grade of the student in a team will be considered as the grade of the team. (Eg: an elementary student can form a team with middle school or high school student)
  • Every participant will get a Registration ID after registration and to be displayed at the table.
  • Registration $15 per member display with one table for Team (member) and $18 for non members. Additional extra table $6

Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on creativity ,scientific thinking ,clarity of explanation, and how well the scientific method is followed.

  • Each String artist registered shall perform on stage for 3 – 4 min.
  • Only one string instrument per person is allowed
  • Registration $10 per member and $13 non member
  • Each artist/team will create their Origami art work at the Venue.
  • Participant should bring the Origami Material.
  • One entry per person.
  • Registration $10 per person for member and $13 for non members.
  • Theme or modal will be provided on the spot.
  • Maximum time alloted for this event is 30 minutes.
  • Competition is for Middle, High school. Adults can participate too.
  • The artwork must be created by the participant using AI tool at the venue. Participant must have an Android or Iphone with data connection as School provided Wifi at the venue may not be uninterruptible.
  •  Theme will be provided on the spot.
